Our room booking and management system makes it easy to reserve conference rooms, demonstration rooms, training rooms, and other shared spaces within the hospital. This guide will walk you through the key features, from creating a request to viewing reports.
Requesting a Room: To book a room, simply select your desired room type, room, and duration. A calendar view will show you the room's current availability, allowing you to choose a time slot that works for you. Once you submit your request, it will be sent to an administrator for approval.
Managing Your Requests: The requested person can cancel the request at any time before it's approved by an administrator or even after the approval.
Administrator Actions: Administrators are responsible for reviewing and approving all room requests. They have the ability to approve a booking and, in some cases, can also edit a request before approval if they have been granted special permissions.
Updating Meeting Status: After your scheduled meeting has concluded, the person who requested it is responsible for updating its status. You can confirm that the meeting was conducted and specify the actual duration of the meeting. This helps us accurately track room utilization.
