Capacity Utilization Report:

Capacity Utilization shows how much an asset was actually used compared to how much it could have been used. It helps understand if the asset is being underused, properly used, or overused during the selected time period. This report is available in three formats: Subcategory-wise, Asset-wise, and Month-wise . Each of these views also provides an option to download the data in Excel format for further analysis.

Data will appear only if the following fields are properly filled in the Subcategory Master:

• Operating Days Per Week must be entered.
• Daily Operational Hours must be provided either in the Subcategory or in the Asset.
• Average Procedure Time must also be filled in.

If any of these values are missing, the data will not be shown in the capacity utilization report.
